Shipping & Returns

Made to order. Every Knitferatu piece is knitted when you order it. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks, then your parcel ships with a tracked courier service. You receive the tracking number by email the moment it leaves the atelier.

Shipping. Free worldwide tracked shipping on every order. We ship from Italy. Typical transit: 2 to 5 business days in the EU, 5 to 10 business days for UK, US and the rest of the world.

Customs outside the EU. In the US, the UK and every other non-EU destination, your parcel may attract import duties or local taxes; for the US this now applies to parcels of any value, because the old 800 dollar duty-free allowance is suspended. Where applied, they are collected by the courier before delivery; these charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Payment name. The charge on your card statement appears as KNITFERATU.

Returns. Collection pieces: you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, as per EU consumer law. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Write to kvlt@knitferatu.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Commissions. A commission is made to your measurements and your design, so it cannot be exchanged or returned: the 14-day change of mind does not apply to it. If it arrives faulty, write to us: the legal guarantee covers it like any other piece.

Size exchanges. Wrong size on a collection piece? We exchange it for free: write to us and the atelier will knit the correct size while the first piece travels back.

Defects. If anything is wrong with your piece, send us a photo. We repair, replace or refund. Our atelier has 40 years of experience.
