Made to order. Every Knitferatu piece is knitted when you order it. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks, then your parcel ships with a tracked courier service. You receive the tracking number by email the moment it leaves the atelier.
Shipping. Free worldwide tracked shipping on every order. We ship from Italy. Typical transit: 2 to 5 business days in the EU, 5 to 10 business days for UK, US and the rest of the world. Customs duties outside the EU, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, as per EU consumer law. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Write to kvlt@knitferatu.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Size exchanges. Wrong size? We exchange for free: write to us and the atelier will knit the correct size while the first piece travels back.
Defects. If anything is wrong with your piece, send us a photo. We repair, replace or refund. Wool has a 40 year reputation to defend here.
