Knitted, not printed
The motif is jacquard: bone-white and coloured yarns carried through the black acrylic or wool blend row by row on an industrial flat-bed machine. There is no ink, no transfer and no embroidery on top. Pattern and garment are the same object, so nothing can crack or peel.
Fabric and fit
Two yarns, two prices: 100% acrylic, or 80% wool and 20% polyamide, the warmer of the two; in 80% wool, the colours are confirmed by email before we knit. A finer yarn is possible on request, priced separately. Relaxed unisex fit, true to size, S to 2XL: the standard measurements are in the table next to the sizes. Between sizes, take the bigger one.

Your piece is knitted after you order it: the chart goes on the machine, the yarn is mounted, then it is linked, hand-finished and steamed. Two to three weeks, plus shipping. No dead stock, no warehouse.

The trick was to make it structurally identical to a real Christmas jumper rather than a parody of one. Same banded jacquard construction, same weight, same three-colour rows, same festive rhythm of pattern and space. Only the iconography disagrees. Bone, black and blood red carry through the fabric, so the bands stay sharp instead of cracking the way a printed jumper does after one December.
Heavyweight relaxed unisex crew-neck, ribbed collar, cuffs and hem, S to 2XL, true to size. It is genuinely as warm as it looks, which matters in a room where someone always opens a window. The model is 180 cm and wears L for the oversized look.
For Christmas, order by Thursday 19 November in Europe (the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway) and by Thursday 12 November in the US, Canada and the rest of the world: every piece is knitted to order in Italy with a two to three week lead time, and the last weeks are always the busiest in the crypt. Which size should I take?
Relaxed unisex fit, true to size, S to 2XL. The standard measurements in centimetres are in the table next to the sizes: check them before you order. Between two sizes, take the bigger one, and if you still call it wrong the size exchange is free.
How warm is it really?
Properly warm: a heavyweight knit in 100% acrylic or in 80% wool and 20% polyamide, the warmer of the two. It works alone in autumn and as the only layer under a coat in winter.
